If i could give a 0 I would most definitely do so. Checked online e to see if they had the tires I wanted, at the exact location I was going g to. They did have it, called to make sure they had it, they said they did. Went to go purchase and have them mount and balance the tires the same day, yet all of a sudden they dont have the tires. They had tires that fit my car of course only for over double the price of the tires I inquired about. Would not rectify the issue would not admit fault would not even give an explanation other than attitud. I will never suggest this Goodyear ever again. Asked to speak to a manager and was turned away from. If they hadn't already charged my debit card I would've went somewhere else immediately. Though empty they still took 4 hours to mount and balance not 2 not 3 not 4 but 1 tire. Not sure if they even balanced it because there were 0 weights on thw rim. Do not go to this Goodyear tire and service center!!!

I've gotten my oil changed here a bunch. Every time I make an appointment, it takes 4 to 5 hours but if I walk in, it takes less than an hour. It's kinda obvious that they put family and friends first so if you don't know somebody who works here, you're going to wait a long time. They're nice at least.

I scheduled an appointment online for the next day which was Friday (4/10/26) at 8:30am. The lady at the front was quick and reassured me all the services that has been estimated from the online quote. Paid almost exactly what I was quoted online. So convenient!! The lady at the front needs a raise! Unfortunately I failed to get her name… Will be scheduling online and getting my vehicles maintained at this location going forward. A+++

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, due to safety and liability concerns we cannot repair or mount tires older than 5 years. I will now do all of my business with independent tire shops who are concerned with common sense.

Had a brake issue. Called and they got me in pretty fast. Fixed the issue and got time down the road. Life saver! Thank you so much guys for taking care of my car and treating it like yours!
